cook desired amount of rice: For one can of coconut milk I like to use 1 1/2-3 cups of uncooked rice.
In a small sauce pan boil one can of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of sugar, pinch of salt.
When it reaches a boil, remove from heat and stir into your cooked rice.
I like to let mine rest for a while. 5-10 minutes.
Serve! very yummy.
