Givin Thanks

Yesterday we had a FEAST!

What good does it do to give you the feast recipes after Thanksgiving? None right?
Here let me back up- We had a fun lunch meeting on Friday just chattin blog stuff. Talking about YumPrint.... when we had this CRAZY idea to do a Thanksgiving Dinner and post the recipes.
Then we realized we had THIS weekend.

So, in TWO days we pulled this off. Feast your eyes.

We went all out. Steph and Carly volunteered for decor. And they cooked.
I fried the masterpiece turkey, and did a few other dishes.
Aubrey, Kadee and Anna  many more dishes.
Piles and piles of yummy food and dishes.
Look at these talented girls!

We all slaved our little hearts out, neglected our children and snapped at our husbands (as one would cooking a traditional thanksgiving feast, of course.) It all paid off. Then we cleaned all those dishes.Wiped tables, wiped noses, and apologized to our husbands while they rubbed our feet.  right girls!?  We all really do have amazing husbands and we couldn't do this with out them.

This was just a little sneak peak....Up until Thanksgiving we will be posting everyday of our families famous traditional recipes so stay tuned!!

Now that our Thanksgiving Day Series has completed, here is a list of links to all the recipes that were featured!

  1. This is gorgeous!I love nothing more than a good old fashioned homemade Thanksgiving dinner. And you girls did an amazing job! I can't wait to see what recipes you post from your dinner as this is the first year I am going to actually cook for our big family Thanksgiving dinner instead of just eat it :). I want to use one of your recipes because they always turn out so good!
