Pineapple Cake

I love cake. All cakes. Especially cakes that are soft and have a great frosting! This one is a good summer dessert! Very light and fresh. 

Pineapple Cake

Cake

Ingredients:

2 C Flour

2 C sugar

2 eggs

2 t baking soda

1 20 oz can crushed pineapple undrained

Instructions

Mix all ingredients by hand. Pour into a grease 9x13 pan and bake at 350 deg for 35 mins. And frost.

Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened

1 1/3 C powdered sugar

4 T soften butter or margarine.

1 t vanilla.

Instructions

Mix while cake is baking and frost cake immediately when it is done.

Top with 1 C Chopped nuts.
