Boiling Over?

I've been racking my brain for a tip? I don't know what I know that you know. or dont. If that makes sense.
BUT I did learn something cool of late-

you know how your pot always boils over with Mac and Cheese and noodles and stuff.
Well blow it back down, maybe reduce the heat a tad, but IF you spray some Pam on the top of the bubbles it won't boil over again.
crazy huh.

  1. you can also put a tiny bit of butter or margarine in the pot right when you add the pasta, I always do and no boil overs
