This recipe doesn't use any white flour and surprisingly enough-they are delicious!
2/3 c. smooth p-nut butter
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. old fashioned rolled oats (ground for 30 sec. in food processor)
1 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats (not ground)
2 c choc chips
Cream first 6 ing. Beat in eggs. Add ground oats and non-ground oats. Mix in choc chips.
Drop by the spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 11-13 min. You don't want to over bake them. Cookies should be barely set when you take them out.
