Several months ago I was at a craft night. My friend Kelly brought this spinach dip and I could not get enough. It was simple, flavorful, and yummy. I asked her for the recipe and it is seriously a cinch! Minimal ingredients, but lots of flavor!
Spinach Dip
Ingredients
1 10oz package Frozen Spinach, thawed, cooked, cooled, and drained (I use the microwave)
16 oz Sour Cream
1 cup Mayo
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix (found by the soup)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and chill in the fridge for 2 hours. Serve with your favorite dippers.
I add one granny smith apple diced up really tiny to mine (same recipe as above) makes it amazing!!!
